Details: Brooke met Julian and the two became close when he came to Tree Hill in order to produce the movie version of Lucas Scott’s book "An Unkindness of Ravens". Julian was the ex-boyfriend of Peyton Sawyer, and at first it appeared that he had come to Tree Hill to win her back. However, he ended up falling for Brooke. Their relationship had many bumps in the road, the biggest being Brooke’s inability to let her guard down and say “I love you”. Julian went back to New York, causing their relationship to end until Brooke flew to New York to finally tell him she loved him. Julian and Brooke came back to Tree Hill and moved in together. Julian started work on a movie with actress Alex Dupre, who set her sights on stealing Julian away from Brooke. Brooke was also told by doctors that she was unable to have children around this time, causing their relationship to falter once again. They quickly got back on track, and Julian proposed to Brooke while on vacation in Utah. Despite Julian’s parents having problems with Brooke at first, the two got married. They attempted to adopt a child, but the birth mother changed her mind at the last minute, leaving the two devastated. The two decide to head back to New York for good, but Brooke finds out that by some miracle, she is pregnant after all. She gives birth to twin boys, and she and Julian name them Davis and Jude.

The two plotted against one another, and had the worst relationship possible. Many of the other characters saw the way Victoria treated Brooke and spoke out against it, especially Peyton. But with the introduction of honorary foster daughter Sam, Victoria seems to grow a heart and wants to get to know Brooke better. The two grow closer, with Victoria actually looking out for Brooke’s well-being and telling Brooke that she is proud of her. However, Victoria and Millie steal money from Clothes Over Bro’s, and Brooke gets in a lot of legal trouble because of it. Victoria pleads guilty to save Brooke from going to jail, and instead goes to jail herself. She is released around Thanksgiving. Brooke decides to sell the company, and Victoria disowns her. However Victoria gives Brooke in away and later after Brooke's childbirth Victoria becomes very close to her daughter and grandsons until Ted (Victoria's husband and Brooke's father) comes back to Tree Hill. Ted return causing new fights between the mother and the daughter. Eventually Victoria and Brooke re-become close and Victoria and Ted help Brooke with Baker Man and buy for her the Tree Hill Café?

But after a confrontation with Julian, Ted comes back to Brooke and wants run away Baker Man with her and Victoria; like a true family and Brooke agrees and gives them a new chance.

Paul stayed very close to Peyton Sawyer after she and Julian broke up, and he may have thought that Julian should be with Peyton instead. But when Brooke defends Paul to Julian and tries to help fix the estranged relationship between Paul and Julian, Paul realized that Brooke was good for his son. Paul and Brooke have since mended their relationship.
Details: After Brooke and Julian got engaged, Sylvia came down to help plan the wedding. Brooke and Sylvia didn't get along, often arguing. Planning the wedding together often caused more issues between the two. But after Brooke's bachelorette party, the two resolved their issues.

Haley asked Brooke to be Jamie’s godmother, and Brooke gladly accepted wanting a great godmother unlike to her own mother. When Brooke returns to Tree Hill, she and Jamie develop a very strong relationship. Brooke is like a second mother to Jamie, caring for him and keeping him healthy and happy. Brooke’s relationship with Jamie is what started her longing for children of her own.
Details: Sawyer is the daughter of Brooke's best friend, Peyton Sawyer. After Sawyer was born, Peyton asked Brooke to be Sawyer’s godmother, and she gladly accepted. Peyton also gave Sawyer the middle name ‘Brooke’ , making her Sawyer Brooke Scott. Lucas and Peyton decided to leave Tree Hill and start a new life traveling the world with Lucas’s family, so Brooke hasn’t seen Sawyer in a while. However, she still loves her very much.

Brooke and Lydia may not be blood related, but Brooke cares for her just like an aunt and maybe more than Lydia's legal and blood aunts.
