Dan Scott Motors was a car dealership owned by the local Tree Hill businessman Dan Scott. He set up the company soon after returning to Tree Hill following the birth of his second son Nathan using money from his wife's parents. The company was a huge success and had a large range of clients and cars. The company later expanded by Dan buying his brother Keith's auto shop - Keith Scott Body Shop and integrated it into the company. Its unknown what happened to it after Dan's imprisonment but its likely it was sold.

Setting up a Motor shop had originally been Keith, Dan's brothers dream but once Dan's basketball career was ended and he had the money available Dan decided to opened it instead.
