Owen Morello was a proud and hardworking local cop around Tree Hill City. He was an upstanding citizen of the city to which many looked up to and had gone to for help. After refusing to ignore Dan Scott's criminal behaviour, Owen was tortured and believed to be killed by Dan and Julian Baker, which helped lead to the downfall of Dan Scott.
