Lucas Scott

Relationship: Best Friends Details: Haley and Lucas have known each other for a long time and they have been best friends for a long time. They had a small fight when Lucas found out she was tutoring Nathan and when Haley saw him and Peyton kiss when he was dating Brooke, which was the reason she didn't want to go to the hospital when Lucas got into a car accident. Lucas is Jamie's godfather and uncle, and helped Nathan and Haley take care of their son during their college years, and again when Nathan was in a deep depression following the accident which cost him his opportunity (initially) at the NBA.. After reading a draft of The Comet, Lucas' second novel, Haley convinces Lucas not to marry Lindsey Strauss, seeing as he is still in love with Peyton. After Lindsey abandons Lucas at the altar, Haley helps Lucas finally choose Peyton, and the two are engaged shortly thereafter; fittingly, Haley is the minister at their wedding ceremony. Lucas came back to Tree Hill to help Haley by taking care of Jamie and Lydia. This way Haley could focus on finding Nathan.

Peyton Sawyer

Relationship: Best Friends Details: Haley and Peyton didn't like each other at first because they where in different groups in high school. Peyton started to get closer to Haley's best friend Lucas Scott, and one night they where driving home with Brooke and they started to get closer, bonding while searching for gas when Brooke's car ran out. Peyton was a bridesmaid at Haley's second wedding ceremony and Haley was the minister at Peyton's wedding. Peyton helped Nathan after his accident and Haley helped Peyton when she was pregnant. Haley stepped in for Peyton as Matron of Honor when the latter was unable to return to Tree Hill for Brooke's wedding to Julian Baker.

Brooke Davis

Relationship: Best Friends Details: Haley and Brooke were strangers at first but they became friends after Peyton became friends with Haley. Haley is the godmother Brooke's children and Brooke is Jamie's godmother. Brooke babysat Jamie when Haley went to work and helped out with getting her and Jamie's minds off Nathan's accident, they love and care for one another. Brooke served as Maid of Honor at Haley's second wedding, and Haley returns the favor as Matron of Honor at Brooke's wedding. Haley and Brooke go into business together by re-opening Karen's Cafe following the liquidation of Clothes Over Bros.

Antwon "Skills" Taylor
Relationship: Friends Details: Skills and Haley have been friends for a long time. They know each other through Lucas and the River Court. Skills cares a lot about Jamie and Haley.

Karen Roe
Relationship: Friends Details: Haley has always been like a second child to Karen due to her close friendship with Lucas since childhood. She was always at their home and her Cafè, where she also worked during her high school years and which she re-opened in season 8 in her honor.
