Gigi Silveri (also know as Emily Baltimore) was the co-anchor of Mouth's commentaries on the Ravens' basketball games, and his eventual girlfriend. They broke up when his impending departure for college became apparent but remained good friends. Gigi eventually left for College herself and got an intern position at a news station when she was surprised to find that Mouth was her new boss. She attempted to come between him and his girlfriend Millicent.
Gigi was the only one who showed up for the sports announcer tryouts, therefore automatically becoming Mouth's co-anchor. She was very quiet, occasionally commenting on the players' physical appearance and enjoying the fights the broke out on court. She was recruited to be in the play for Nathan and Haley's rehearsdal dinner and took the opportunity to kiss Nathan in her scene.
Gigi initiates a relationship with Mouth by informing him that she was going to ask him out on a date in All These Things That I've Done. Mouth was taken aback by her forwardness, especially when she asks him throughout the day about his opinions for an ideal date. Unbeknownst to her, Mouth was temporarily tempted to ditch Gigi in favor of hanging out with some of the models from Brooke's fashion show but he ultimately chooses her and the two enter a relationship.
In Everything in Its Right Place, Gigi once again surprises Mouth by informing him that she is planning on breaking up with him. He is confused and attempts to salvage the relationship but Gigi explains that since they are both off to different colleges and she isn't interested in a long distance romance, it is best to break up.
After the break up, she is rarely featured in episodes although she can be seen as a member of the yearbook staff, putting a memorial page in the yearbook for Jimmy Edwards.
Gigi reappears when she gains an internship at the news station where Mouth is her supervisor. She attempts to seduce him away from Millicent by undressing in front of him and sending him provocative pictures of herself. She used to be Millicent back back in high school where she was shy and quiet wearing glasses. Although she succeeds in breaking up Mouth and Millicent, Mouth does not date her and she tried to hook up with him once, when Mouth and Skills went to a frat party. Mouth's heart wasn't in the right place. He was still in love with Millicent. She stepped aside and that was it.
