Theresa was a Tree Hill High student and a cheerleader, who was among the group of friends held by Brooke and Nathan before Lucas and Haley become more involved in their lives.

Season 1
She was one of the Tree Hill cheerleaders. During a cheerleading contest she got chicken pox, and Haley had to take her place.
Season 2
Brooke caught Felix on a date with Theresa, and became jealous.
